Delivery Coverage and Processing
1. Delivery Coverage: Lenziva Luxe delivers products to over 20,000 unique Pin Codes across India.
2. Shipping Timeframe: Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days to ensure a smooth delivery experience. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID by SMS or email so you can follow your package until it reaches you. Delivery usually takes 3-7 business days. Customers in major cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, and Bangalore can expect delivery within 3 days. Delivery times may vary based on location, accessibility, or unforeseen circumstances like natural calamities.

2.Undeliverable Pin Codes: We check deliverability to your location based on the Pin Code at the time of order placement and also subsequently. In case you are able to place your order and subsequently the Pin Code becomes unserviceable, we will cancel your order and refund your money (in case of pre-paid orders) within 48 hours.
Packaging & Handling Charges
1. Cash on Delivery Fee: An additional ₹50 shipping fee applies for Cash on Delivery orders.
2. Damaged/Different Products: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us at info.lenzivaluxe@gmail.com or WhatsApp on +91 8505009900 refer to our Return Policy. Delivery partners will not be able assist in such cases.
Delivery Attempts Description
Our courier partner will make up to three delivery attempts at the shipping address provided. If the customer is unavailable during the first attempt, the delivery agent will try again on the next working day if the customer is again unavailable during the second attempt, the delivery agent will try again on the next working day. You may also receive a call or message from the delivery partner to coordinate the delivery. If three delivery attempts fail due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or unreachable contact number, the order may be marked as RTO (Return to Origin) and sent back to our warehouse. In such cases, reshipping the order will require an additional shipping fee, and Cash-on-Delivery orders may be cancelled automatically for security reasons. We recommend keeping your phone reachable and providing a complete, accurate address to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
Return Policy:
We at Lenziva luxe have formulated each product to deliver best possible results, transparently. We know thatyou would love your Lenziva luxe products but if for some reason you are not satisfied with the purchase please get in touch and we will make it right.
We offer refunds or replacement in the following cases ONLY.
Step 1 - Raise a replacement request within 3 days from the date of delivery at Email - info.lenzivaluxe@gmail.com or WhatsApp on +91 8505009900 with the pictures of the wrong item delivered and your order ID.
Step 2 - Allow us 48 working hours to review your replacement request.
Step 3 - On reviewing your replacement request, we will send our courier partner to collect the wrong product delivered to you.
Step 4 - In case our reverse pick up service is not available at your location, we will assist you with an alternative option.
Step 5 - As soon as the wrong product is picked up from your location, we will ship your replacement product (depending on the stock availability or else we will refund).
